Each resource is personalized using the information you provide. This page explains how refund requests are handled.
Before work begins
If you have not yet submitted your intake form and preparation of your resource has not begun, you may request a full refund of your payment.
After work begins
Because each resource is custom-prepared from the details you submit, refunds may be limited once preparation has started. If something is not right with your delivered resource, contact us and we will work with you to make it right.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, reach us through our Contact page with the email address you used for your order. Please include a brief description of your request.
Payment processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
