Frequently asked questions.

Clear answers about what the library covers, how purchasing works, and how digital resources can be used.

Is this site only for IEP meeting templates?

No. IEP advocacy is one of eight support areas. The library also covers behavior support, sensory regulation, visual schedules and daily routines, communication and emotional regulation, independent living skills, parent and caregiver organization, and teacher and support staff resources — so families and teams can support the whole child at school, at home, and in the community.

Which support area should I start with?

Start with the part of the day that feels hardest right now. If meetings and paperwork are the pressure point, begin with IEP advocacy tools. If mornings, transitions, or bedtime fall apart, begin with visual routines. If you are trying to understand why a behavior keeps happening, begin with behavior support. If noise, clothing, or crowded spaces are the trigger, begin with sensory regulation.

Can teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff use these resources?

Yes. Teachers, paraprofessionals, aides, respite providers, group home staff, and program coordinators use the same tools to keep support consistent between home and school. Purchases include a personal use license — contact us to discuss classroom, school, or organizational use.

Do behavior and sensory resources diagnose or treat anything?

No. Behavior resources help you observe, record, and describe patterns so you can communicate them clearly; they do not diagnose, cure, or eliminate a behavior. Sensory resources help you organize and share what a person needs; they make no medical or therapeutic treatment claims. Diagnosis and treatment belong to qualified professionals.

How are digital products delivered?

Product access details are provided electronically after payment through secure Stripe checkout. Save your downloaded files in a secure location for future personal use.

Are these resources editable?

Formats vary by product and are listed on each product page. Most resources are printable PDFs; the Parent Concern Statement Builder also includes a Word format.

Can I share a purchased resource?

Purchases include a personal use license unless another license is explicitly stated. Contact us to discuss broader classroom or organizational use.

Do these resources provide legal, medical, or educational advice?

No. They are educational and organizational tools and do not replace individualized guidance from qualified professionals.

What is the refund policy?

Because digital resources cannot be returned after access, eligibility is limited. Review the refund policy before purchase and contact us if you have a file-access issue.

How does the personalized IEP resource work?

Complete the external intake form and Stripe payment using the same email address. Each personalized resource is organized using the information you provide and reviewed before delivery within 72 hours after both are received.
